ConTV.com, also known as ConTV + Comics is a place to watch free movies, TV and “comic con panels” and also read comic books online. Much of their content is actually free and ad-supported. The ads are about 1 minute to 1 minute and 30 seconds each ad break and there are 4 or 5 ad breaks for each full-length film. Videos and comics start with an ad at the very beginning. Signing up for an account is required to access any of the free content. Some of the content is only available with premium subscription. Most of the videos are anime, older videos, documentaries, B movies and “cult classics”.

Summary
There is content that is actually free but one star was taken off since some content is reserved for premium subscriptions only and the free content starts with an advertisement instead of letting the user start with the show first to see if they even want to watch it. The site was not family friendly. There may be some content that is suitable for children and families but it is surrounded by content that is not and there are no parental controls so it was only given a 1. The site is safe, there were no issues with computer security when accessing the site.
