Today is election day. Get out and vote and then get some freebies.
The following freebies were selected from an article on Yahoo! Only the ones that are actually free were included here:
- Jet Blue is offering a drawing. If you voted for the loser you might be selected for free tickets to get out of the country. (Unfortunately, their poll was closed before the time of this post)
- Your workplace may be offering paid time off so that you can go vote. If they’re not already, encourage your boss to visit 2Hours4YourCountry.org.
- Lululemon is offering free yoga classes in Washington D.C., Maryland and Virginia. (Not Ohio or Pennsylvania or other swing states? It seems like they need the relief from stress as much or more than anyone)
- Purina is holding a pet debate. Vote for your favorite pet (cat or dog) on Purina’s facebook page and the maker of pet food will donate $1 to pet therapy programs for veterans.
- Shake Shack and Rock the Vote are teaming up to offer Shack the Vote, they’re offering a coupon for free custard when you fill out a card pledging to vote at Shake Shack locations.
- Get a free wristband from Starbucks on election day, says “Indivisible”.
- Uber is offering free rides to or from any national polling place (up to $20.12)
- Hillsborough Area Transit Authority (HART) in Hillsborough County, Florida is offering free rides on transit day.
- Lofty Pursuits in Tallahassee, Florida is offering a free scope of ice cream if you show them an “I voted” sticker.

- Hailo is offering free rides on election day (up to $20.12) when you use their app to order the taxi (Boston, Ma)
- Get a free music album from Rogue Valley when you send in a photo of yourself with an “I voted” sticker. More details here.
- Red Hot & Blue Barbeque is offering a $5 meal to anyone wearing an “I voted” sticker. (Texas, North Carolina)
- Sticky Fingers BBQ is offering a $5 pulled pork or pulled chicken sandwich for wearing an “I voted” sticker (Sc, Nc, Tn, Ga)
